This ride is open to all bikes but I will be leading on a 150cc scooter.

Meet: Old Taft Depot: 1104 Old railroad Bed rd, Taft, TN.

Time: Meet around 9, KSU at 9:30

There is a small chance of thunderstorms in the morning so check this thread in the morning as I might push back the start time if it looks bad. We will be riding scenic and curvy back roads. We shouldn't see much traffic.

Lunch will probably be at the Campbell station Country Store. There is a good chance we will stop at the Mexican Ice Cream Place in Fayetteville before the end of the day.

Back in the day.  A Slowride ride set up on Bamarides back on Memorial day weekend, 2014.

It'll come back.  We just have to post up some fun stuff.  Rides, Flashmobs, wrench parties...
Hey jrobinson, I love the way the forum looks and feels now.  It's ready for action!

And Gearbanger, there is a real shortage of motorcycle shops around Birmingham.  And that's getting to be more and more the case nationwide as parts and diagnostics get harder to obtain.

Quote from: kylepeterson on May 06, 2024, 05:17:26 PMthats awesome ! absolutely yes go for it !

you could always slap on some stickier tars for the one day thing, then toss em after it's done.

:-)

I asked Rodney if I should get some stickier tires and he down-voted me.  Boo.  I thought it was a good idea too.   :-/

Congratulations On the completion and enjoy the trip. May the weather be good and ride safe.

Yep I thought that was their logo on the tank. I've had them work on my bikes from time to time. Always seemed to get good service from them.

I too live in Robertsdale a glad to hear you may be moving to Elberta. Stay active on the site and let's ride sometime. Let your buddy in Gulf Shores check out this site and let's see is we can get South Bama more active on here!!
