he did a really good job of explaining each type. the whole "lazy brain" portion should be hammered into people's heads in drivers Ed, motor schools, and every driver training position out there

take different types home each time, and take that side street you've never been down before, it makes the brain pay attention again :-)

Not my favorite guy, but that is a good video. Very informative.

For the in aware CSS teaches many thing that he covered. You learn drills that address many of these things in yourself. How to identafy as these things happen.
