What For: Riding up to Meriwether Lewis Campground for the PIE and Dual Sport! (The Company shouldn't be to shabby!)
I will be packed up and ready to ride with camping gear protruding out in all directions! See the route below and meet us along the way if Homewood is not convenient for you. We will set a moderate pace (SL +10) but can adjust as needed.
The plan:
Houston, AL for a treat at Chef Troy's Talk of the Town eta 12:15
Stop in Moulton for gas eta 2:00
Decide if we want to take the gravel through NATRA eta 3:15
Arrive at Meriwether Lewis Campground eta 5:00
These times are not hard and set so feel free to suggest other routes or sites along the way.

I've got to drive to Guntersville Friday, so I won't be able to tag along.
That is a fine route unless you want more gravel/dirt. The road along the dam end of Laurel Hill Lake is quite nice...Watch for horses.

Something tells me that by the time we get up there we will be ready to get to camp!

Hopefully, depends on what time I get out from the Dr. if it will be Friday or Saturday. If it's Saturday, I will probably just ride up to have a look around the park (Never been there) and ride back.
