Looks like fun and I will go watch it but I would want a slightly more dirtworthy scooter like and adv 150 or Zuma 125 to ride it.
Rich and I went to this on Saturday. I thought it was a blast!
Some highlights:
Some small bore bikes on display.
.
.
.
.
They had a small track set up for those interested in a track day. Cost was $25 for a 20 minute session. The bikes had to be under 200cc but there was no tech inspection and gear requirements were easy to meet.
After watching for a while I decided to go for it!
On my Scooter ???
.
.
.
.
There was a Gymkhana course but it sucked and almost no one rode it. I tried it but like I said, it sucked.
There was a stunting demo.
.
And a place those who just wanted to practice their stunting skills and have fun.
.
The creekside classic was a hoot to watch.
.
.
.
.
They had a 1/32 mile drag strip. No entry fee, tech inspection or gear requirements except for a helmet.
.
I raced Rich on his TnT135 a couple of times, a kid on a small dirtbike and a Honda ADV150. After winning all those races I got smoked by a gal on a heavily modified Grom.
The hill climb was a riot. Most of the riders were on street bikes with street tires but there were a few tiny dirt bikes.
They made it as hard as possible by putting this log at the start.
.
.
.
.
.
They did some parade laps at the end. I took a few pics while riding my scooter.
This bike looks like a full size Kawasaki Sport bike but I think is was actually a custom bike with a scooter drivetrain.
As you can see, protective gear requirements were strictly enforced :o
