.......Brandon Jenkins says he was on his way home to work when out of nowhere someone tried to rip him off his motorcycle.
"I had no idea what was going on. I thought maybe I cut him off and it rubbed him the wrong way and then when he ripped me off my motorcycle, it became very apparent he was trying to steal my bike," Jenkins said.
That man has since been identified as Joshua Monigold, he had been leading police on a chase that began near Meridian and Brown Roads in East Mesa........
