Yep, they require basic gymkhana skills in Cali - I wonder why?
I guess they want to feel comfortable you can demonstrate BASIC OPERATION of a motorcycle?
One of our former members got hers out there, and complained how HARD it was. She also had difficulty at GK, and we had to drag her kicking and screaming.
I wonder if she would have practiced a bit if the Cali-test would have been easier?
