Title: Honda Dual-Sport Scooter?
Post by: KevinB on November 12, 2018, 09:06:06 PM
While perusing the Eastern Beaver site looking for electrical accessories, I ran across the owner's bike page and saw something quite intriguing.

I know next to nothing about the scooter market and had never heard of this...the Honda X-ADV.

750cc V-Twin dual-sport scooter...not available in the U.S. of course.

This thing looks like a lot of fun.

That's a serious battle scooter!

You may have just set Win's retirement back by a year :D

I thought that for gravel/dirt roads, etc. that wouldn't require excess suspension travel it might be better than a traditional dual-sport due to carrying it's mass much lower...would probably be a hoot to flat-track around corners.

But if my math and kilo-to-pound conversion is correct, it weighs @530 lbs.

I've known about this scooter for years.  Not available here and probably won't be.  I'm not interested in an "off road" machine this heavy.  Maybe if it was in the 150-300cc range and much lighter I might be interested.
