I plan to visit some locations on my "US and World Tour of Alabama" this Sunday.
Tentative Loop: Kansas, Detroit, Florence, Athens, Madison
Meet in Jasper at the Jack's Restaurant (3204 Hwy. 78) beside Walker Baptist Medical Center, just west of the US 78 / AL 69 intersection.
8:30a for breakfast, 9a KSU.
Looking to be back to B'ham area @ 4p.
We'll stay on 2-lanes as much as possible (I-65 from Madison to home).

It looks like y'all covered a lot of ground and had more fun riding than tracking down pictures, but I see that area is the 1st listing for Limestone County in the National Register section of these forums.
When you are planning trips, check those counties to try to grab a pic or two of the targeted sites!
