Hi, Everyone,

Click on the following link to see the details:  Utah has decided to allow lane filtering under specific conditions.  Matt Danielson anticipates that other states will soon follow suit.

mulley and i watched a freaking tour bus lane split for miles (shoulder) Friday.

he came upon a trooper on the shoulder trending to a collision (there are no accidents interstates!) and merged into normal traffic, then took the shoulder again all the way to his exit.

it was safe, it was sane, it made sense.... if you have four lanes, use them

Conditions are pretty restrictive aren't they?

Looks like Montana is allowing filtering through stopped or slow moving traffic starting 1 October.
