Title: Wandering mountains of North Alabama sunday 12/13
Post by: David DoubleEX on December 12, 2020, 03:50:56 PM
Anyone interested in riding tomorrow/Sunday? Regardless i will be out seeing sights on the bike, but wouldn't mind some company.

We can meet at Gurley Mapco on Hwy 72 at 10AM if so. I am happy to lead a ride heading from gurley to skyline area and back. Currently have 120 ish miles mapped out with hardly any highway, so should be a fun little ride but still not too long as to not put anyone getting home after dark when the temp drops.
Open to making it longer if we want.

Temps will start just above 50 and the high is 62 so it'll warm as we go. Should be clear of rain until sometime after dark.

Lunch isn't necessarily planned but there is a neat little Cafe in skyline we can stop at if we decide to.

Well no one has said they wanted to meet, so I won't be at mapco at 10. Instead I'm going to drink my morning coffee and not head to gurley.

If someone still wants to ride but didn't comment, feel free to holler at me. Im only 10 minutes from gurley until I leave the house.
