Recommend a shop

Need some service on my 2009 Aprila Tuono which uses a V twin Rotax engine similar to the CanAm spyder.  Needs valves checked and/or adjusted, throttle bodies synced maybe more.

The bike is missing and popping at small throttle openings mainly when on and off the gas.

So, where should I take it within a reasonable distance from Tuscaloosa?
