After Guntersville we rode a bunch of curvy and scenic roads to Scottsboro.  Frank's wife had to head back to Huntsville but the rest of us stopped for lunch.

After lunch we rode 35 to 17 to 8.  It was my first time riding that part of 17 and it's a real nice ride.  It was also my first time riding 8 going west.

Frank and I headed over to Freedom Powersports just to look at the toys.

Franks next new toy???

.

So thanks everyone who came out for the ride.  I'll try to set up another street ride in the near future.

Oh yeah, I filled up at the beginning and end of the ride.  184 miles and 3.15 gallons = 58.5 MPG.  I was a pretty cheap way to spend a day having fun.

Thanks for the invite. Looking forward to future rides.

Looks like a lot of fun! I had forgotten there was a death of a friend and my wife volunteered to help the family; I was on kid duty today.

Thanks for posting a follow-up and report. Again, looks like it was fun. Sorry I missed it.

Definitely sounds like fun. I'm looking forward to making the next one!
