Indian Demo rides.

Look at what was at Freedom Powersports today.

I just went to browse but they were offering free demo rides.  I had never ridden an Indian before and the Scoot has always looked interesting to me.  The Big Indians look OK but weigh around Nine thousand pounds so I stuck to riding a few scouts.

First up was the bobber.

They have a short loop set up and they just let you go out by yourself.

The Bobber looked cool but the riding position was pure torture rack.  Forward pegs and forward bars fold you over like a pretzel.  I couldn't see myself riding one for more than about 20 minutes.  Other than that it felt pretty good and the motor was great.

Next I tried a more standard Scout.  It's the black one just past the bobber.

Much mo betta riding position.

Never been a big fan of floorboards but I decided to try this one anyway.

besides being the best looking and most practical of the bunch I liked this one the best.

I have never been a big cruiser guy but if I win the lottery I could see one of these in my garage.

And one of these:
