Technically 2 days ago I installed fresh tires on my KTM 500.

Ready to go rip up the earth again.

Yesterday, I put 8 ounces of Slime in my rear tire, on the low pressure side of my Tubliss setup, and took the bike for a short ten mile ride.  This morning, my rear tire was still holding pressure.  Hallelujah!

Weird mine held air with nothing added.

Apparently it is a common problem with the Motoz Arena Hybrid rear tire... don't know why.  I have a Pirelli on the front and it hasn't lost any pressure at all.

I'm loving the Sedona mx907hp with the tubliss. Wears like iron and at 0 - 1 psi on the trails it grips like ape snot.

The inside lip has ridges so it's hard for the red liner to get a good seal against it.

It's part of my install process. I use No-Mar lube and Slime on every Tubliss tire. No leaks since I started doing this.

I've been lucky (it's definitely not skill)...I use only soapy water for Tubliss install and the only one I've had leak was my very first one (not enough soapy water). I've installed three Arena Hybrids with no issues. After install, I usually inflate the low pressure side to @ 50 psi and let it sit overnight...dunno if it helps or is just a placebo.

Maybe I need to buy a lottery ticket while in TN this weekend...  :)

splashed some gas in the tank and looked at the tires... mmmm think I'll just change the front end instead of doing seals today...  dirt devil here i come!

Finally received the clutch basket for the yz that I ordered on June 6!  Forgot to soak the clutch fibers over night so looks like I will try to button it up tomorrow.

First step was to remove the primary drive gear from the back of the oem basket by grinding off some rivets!

Then transfer the gear and rubber dampeners onto the new Barnett basket. this basket is slick with steel inserts along the wear edges. They will replace the steel inserts for $25 plus shipping both ways.  Not too bad!

The clutch fibers are soaking and hope to continue the install tonight.  The one hour between my daughter's bedtime and my bedtime does not allow for much time to wrench on the bikes!

Slowly getting closer! Waiting on a couple seals and bearings that were bad in the replacement clutch cover and then I will be able to wrap this up!

Got a little distracted by the need for brakes and rotors on the truck!

Well, I jinxed myself...

Noticed my recently mounted Arena Hybrid was leaking down a little last weekend...went to load the bike this morning and it's totally flat.  >:(

Disregard my previous mention of luck or skill.

These billet eccentrics are almost too purty to install.
