Sorry posted the wrong date to start with.
I had a really nice post written up and just lost it due to time, I guess
I should have been copying everything periodically, per my own advise in an old thread on BR1.
Anyway
We will start at church street coffee and books.
KSU at 9:30
End for lunch at Charlie's BBQ. Took top prize state wide for Dive BBQ joints.
I will fill in the details in the next day or so. When I get time again.
This is a no excuses ride it will not get canceled unless it really cold and raining sideways.
Think Day After Tomorrow.
I have done this ride in the past in the very cold. Turned out to be a near perfect day for the one of me that showed up.
What's up with the title of the ride? Can you explain "null D E" ? In Tapatalk the "D E" is converted to an image of a German flag. DE meaning Deutschland.
Null is German for 2
German flag emoticon shows up on my phone.
Deutschland is actually what they call the country.
Like Japan is actually Nippon.
zwei is german for 2 or it was when I was there null is zero
Umm well my memory from high school didn't serve me well. Fixed now.
Ok, I ended up pretty busy the last couple weeks. Work and a little problem around the house that ended up with a new roof.

So anyway.
The weather looked pretty bad for this Saturday up till yesterday afternoon. Now they are saying Sunny with a High of 75* perfect.
1M is Mocha at Church street Coffee and Books. I will get there 8;30
KSU by 9:30

2M Meander we will be exploring a combination of roads you may know. Then again you probably don't know them all.
We will work our way out to the Pell City area. Then back up toward Odenville for lunch.
3M is Meat. A friend of Mine Owns Charlie's BBQ in Odenville. It's pretty good in my IMHO.
The Brisket is excellent. Yes 90% of the time you can cut it with that plastic fork.

We should eat around 12 to 1.
If you want to join in or bug out we will never be really far from I-20 and depending on the pace at some point I-59.
Fuel stops will be available if needed.
Mid ride there is also a cool little store that we will stop at for a rest.
If you don't eat meat Scott has enough vegetable on the menu for you to survive pretty well.
I'm 50/50 on this now. I'll know more by Friday.
So where exactly is this ride starting from?

Can't do anything but a screen shot with my phone, but I will see what I can do tonight.

Is this gonna be all street?
Yes all street with a variety of roads. From strait to sweepers to a little tight stuff. Avarage will be +5 if road conditions allow (ex rain or something).
Thanks. Just trying to decide which bike to ride. 95% sure we will see you in the morning.
Any bike will be fine. There are a couple of rougher asspalt roads, but nothing I haven't ridden the Ducati on. I will be on the GS because I haven't had time to get a tire on the Duc.
Didn't think about who I was talking to.
If your bringing the trials bike let me know.
I will strap a gas can on the back of mine.
I may come meander with you. My street bike is feeling neglected.
Be happy for you to join in.
I"m out. too much to do around the house.
Ride safe.

Probably bringing the Norton. It's got a 4.5 gallon tank, I think I can make it a couple miles on a fill up.
Gona miss you Johnny :(
Good to see everyone. It was a good day to ride.

Great day to ride with great folks! And I believe diversity was key in this ride, only thing missing was a scooter.

Yep, great to be out and about on a December day with great riding companions. Thanks for getting us out the door and showing us some fun roads, Rodney.
