Let's See YOUR Wreckage!!
This thread is for showing off some good old fashioned "Get Offs"
Please limit posts to those of yourself or your riding buddies!
Please keep blood and gore to a minimum!
Feel free to add commentary as to what went wrong or what you could have done to prevent the wreck.
**No Random Internet Wrecks**
Here is my latest wreck at The Ridge. I got a little sideways off of a rock and wasn't able to recover before smacking a tree!
Enjoy
Failed attempt to climb Mt. Everest at The Ridge. It was a little slick and getting back down was the hard part!!
Superstar
@Mulley made it up first attemp!
Wes was just looking for a little emotional support but the trees couldn't carry the weight of his baggage!
Lost my footing and found a tree! Pivot turn failure x2, practice coming this weekend!
@IceCold4x4 found out that we had taken all the traction out of the run up to this ditch with vertical faces!!
Pretty sure when I get home and add all mine up I'll win this entire thread

Sorry, no video's of me crashing but here's the aftermath of trying to brake on a wet wooden bridge.

You really gotta watch out for those tire grabbers in the woods!
Always try to hit sticks and logs at 90 degrees not 1.22456753 degrees!
Aftermath of a wreck during the 2017 Perry Mountain 24HR Race! The 690 was wider than the 2 trees I tried to split! Notice the bark filling the torx head of the lower triple clamp bolts! ???
That bark lasted the entire race and I had to use a pick to get it out once I was home!

I found a slick spot on the double track at The Ridge. Lost the front tire and slid into the next mud hole! Great way to start the day!!

I was wondering why it was all scratched up when you sold it to me.
;D
A little fun at Hollytree Offroad! Just a couple of the many tumbles that I actually caught!
@AT-AT showing us how to back it in!
Enjoyed a day trying to explore Stony Lonesome! There is some technical stuff out there that will get you some bloopers real quick!
@IceCold4x4 was doing his best Tim Coleman impression trying to do seat bounce 180s!
The bloopers from the Dirt School last weekend!
This one put me in the E.R. and unable to put on my own shoes for a month. Bruised spleen and torn back muscles (I still get spasms and cramps where the muscle healed).

An oldie from the original GoPro, before HD. :D

Man there was a lot of carnage that day! I thought I had another view of that one but it didn't make the cut!
video from the LBL200 ride a few years ago. I was on my 450 this year, but had a bit of an "off" and broke my collar bone in a few places.
the voice over in the middle was a benefit for my friends. We joked about the "root" that I hit (there was nothing there, we looked), but for some reason the bars just went full lock and spit me off.
at least I have a nice titanium plate in there now. I think I bent it on my last CO trip.
It really does look like a root at 1:13

So far you are winning. I'm not sure it's a competition anyone wants to win though.
The LBL200 is still on my to do list.
