It's airing on ITV (rival of BBC). I haven't found a easy or free way to watch yet. It appears you have to use a VPN or Smart DNS.

I signed up for an account just to verify. ITV doesn't have international licensing. You will have to trick it with a VPN connection that thinks you are in the UK.

The velocity channel starts coverage saturday at 10PM and will continue coverage at that time through the week. I think it's a daily summary and not live racing though.
