He he he...well the Tenere has a younger sister that weighs less. While I still love the S10 thoughts of picking that up don't flatter me so I thought I'd get something to tool around with that is more dedicated off road. What we have is a 2017 KTM 690 Enduro R.
Many of you know that I have wanted a dual sport for a bit and was looking at Wr250Rs, Drz 400 S bikes. Well when i looked at what I would put into it and the benefit I would receive, I was close enough to pull the trigger for the right bike. I think this is the right bike..time will tell. Now we just need to get one of those beginner dirt things back on the schedule that fencejumper did last year.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180817/2eda3b9ce8f745055e460a36f5500b04.jpg)

Nice find. Looks pretty well sorted already with a skidplate and SC seat. Good news is, if you don't like it you could probably sell it pretty fast here.

Sweet. Those are nice rides.
May get you guys to help me tune my suspension. Plus I am going to need tires soon. Front has a lot of cupping.

I also would like to do a beginners ride. "Single track lite"
😄
Congratulations! That is one sweet ride!
So I was going to mount my plate and see that I need to drill holes in the plate to get it to mount. This will be a first if I go that route.

Highly recommend upgrading to the euro kit, there used to be an ebay seller putting them together but you can get the parts and build it yourself!
My plate cracked after I drilled it on the first ride!
@lastparrot I second the dirt school request. I would like to learn some more dirt/ enduro skills from some of these guys that frequent the woods.
heck ya that's much better than the other options you mentioned!
what time is wheelie?
