Nice! Looks much more off-road oriented than I initially thought it would be.

I can't wait for 15 years to pass so I can afford an old one!

I love the leg room that these bikes offer, but view them as street bikes. I'd rather have the Yamaha, though the Honda is a good looking machine. I don't see how this one will be a big seller, looking at the numbers of KLR versus XRL.

This is exactly right.  But good road bikes they are.  Decent power. Light weight and great ergos. My Tiger is my touring bike but it really does not belong in the dirt.

Sounds like time to plan an adventure bike ride that includes dirt.
Who's getting one of rose Hondas before hand so we can test it.

It was a little worse than I though that day.

It's clearly a dirt bike. MM says so.

Joan Batteda (Dakar racer) approves of dirt use as well.

Yeah, anything more than 450cc sucks as a dirt bike.

Only fifty pounds heavier than the klr, and ninety four horsepower. Woo hoo!  Sounds like a trip to the emergency room. Yeah I would love one, but thirteen grand.  I like my klr just fine for that kind of money.
