Back in August, a guy pulled out in front of me, and my KLR suffered more damage than I did. Nothing too serious for me or the bike (except for a loss of pride and a lifetime of sore joints), but insurance totalled it. Since it was ridable after realignment, I decided to keep it, and bought it back. Who can shed some light on the rebuilt title process. I think I am over complicating it... do I need to apply for a rebuilder dealer license, and surety bond, etc... or is it just the $90 fee and an inspection?
