BMW Motorrad Pro Touring 2 Goretex boots in good condition, size Men's 45/10.5

No one needs a pair of genuine Goretex boots this time of year? :)
If they were a women's size 7, I'd be all over these. Best boots I've ever owned. I got a solid 7 years of wear out of them. Comfortable off the bike, too. The zippers are kinda gunked up with Alaskan sludge but I can't bring myself to throw them out. Hopeful I can get them cleaned and working again.

Use to be a couple of cobblers in B-ham...shoe repair guys. ;)
I would like to try them out, size 10 here but money is tight until my retirement stuff is settled. VERY surprised they are still here. Good boots, great price, they should be gone like the wind.
