Title: Jackson County Road 17
Post by: jrobinson on February 23, 2019, 07:56:56 AM
County Rd 17 from Skyline Monument Company in the Letcher Community to County Rd 30 at Larkinsville is currently closed due to a portion of roadway that has cracked. The County Engineer has deemed a section of the road to dangerous to use. The road runs from Al Hwy 35 up Nat Mt to Al Hwy 79 near Skyline.

Please use an alternate route if you ordinarily travel this road.

Good from Trenton out to 72. I haven't heard of any flooding further up the valley.

Some of the ditches are overflowing into the road. There's a lot of debris from trees and gravel in the roads.

Got reports 65 is flooded near Mt. Nebo Church (11 MM) and in Princeton near the Chapman House.
