***Date changed due to weather***
The plan is to ride up to the Meriwether Lewis campground off of the Natchez Trace near Hohenwald, TN. We will leave the Birmingham area Friday June 21th around 10 AM (Time to firmed up later) and take back roads and some gravel to get up there. As always I will be mapping my route through Houston, AL to stop for lunch at Chef Troy's talk of the town.
Right now I have mapped out a rough idea on the route that includes some roads through Bankhead and gravel through NATRA and the Laurel Hill WMA. These can be modified as needed to decrease time or mileage depending on when we want to arrive at camp. Here is a link to the route as it sits now.

Post up if you would like to join us! As I was told last year a speed limit +10 was an understatement so i tend to ride a little spirited on the curvy back roads. As always we will wait for the group at turns as needed.
I plan to stop for gas in Moulton, AL and Just before Laurel Hill WMA
If I have the $ to go, I will be there. Don't wait on me!

I will keep your gas tank full of gas if that helps you make the trip! This is a great one you dont want to miss!
I'm in! Last year. Was a good ride up, no to mention the last minute unannounced turns at +10 😄

if you'll keep his fuel tank full i'll change his flat tires, rotate his blinker fluid, and feed him powdered doughnuts, just enough to keep him alive

there was supposed to be an asterisk in there...
leading to a disclaimer
that pointed at an external link
that said "baloney"

Anybody up for this?
At this point due to lack of interest I believe I will be trailering up to the RFP!
