Title: Street ride tomorrow? 1-8-20
Post by: klaviator on January 07, 2020, 11:07:28 AM
It's forecast to be 60 and sunny tomorrow.  I'm thinking of doing a street ride somewhere.  Anyone else up for a ride?

Show off!  I'll be doing a nice 117 mile street ride tomorrow, too!  Back and forth to work.

Bob Shar and I are planning an easy back road ride from Harvest Mapco at 1030 to Scottsboro for Mexican and then home afterwards by a different path to be home by 3-3:30.  Bob crashed a bit past and needs short mileage / low saddle time rides to rehab.  Come join us!

There are three Mapco's in Harvest.  Which one?

The 5 points, where Harvest Rd, Wall Triana, and Old Railroad Bed Rd cross.

Water tower, Fire Department, Post Office, and their Dollar General.  Regular little town now!

I've been there many times.  I'll see you there.

David Kelly Bob Shar and Buddy McMullin met up with Win and rode down Alabama 35 from Woodville over to Scottsboro for a leisurely Mexican lunch.  After much relaxing, we found Jackson County 30 out of Larkinville and got back to Woodville the rough way.  About 125 miles for most of us and an enjoyable day on the motorcycles.  Glad Win let us hijack his ride thread.

The weather today was too good not to go for a ride!  Here's a few of the pics I took today.

I would've been down for a ride, but for some reason I can't see this website from home anymore, I can't check it on the weekends.
