Dam on the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route,  don't know that I ever knew the name of it, that's my rental KTM in the pic.

Replacement for the 790?

If I replace the 790 it will be with that bike. Right now the 790 is behaving, I seem to have all the gremlins sorted, but if I get another one of those 2 1/2 months in the shop issues, then it will be replaced. Dealer I bought the KTM from also  sells yamahas.

I know where the place is, and have seen a few pics. Haven't stopped by there yet. Might be a good place to have a MA gathering sometime in the future. There's an awful lot of good riding, both on and off road, in the area.

I think a gathering is doable. He has a campground on site. I will more than likely bike camp there this spring.

I fell for the same type of marketing photos on the Africa Twin. Mine must be broke or something...it still hasn't done anything like in those pics.

My T7 hasn't done anything like the ad pics either. Should I ask for a refund?

I went over to Outdoor Adventure Company today to check it out. He let me take the T700 down the road, I really liked the power delivery, nice and linear, it felt like it would be easy to break it loose  just the right amount on dirt road curves. Didn't do but a couple of miles, but I didn't notice that clutch cover,  I have a 30 inch inseam, had on Sidi Adventure boots, my feet were on the ground past the balls of my feet, the end of the heel almost touching, if I made an effort and stretched my legs I could flat foot it.

Replacement for the 790?

This next pic doesn't meet the criteria for this thread but it involves a dam and I thought it was funny.

Picture taken while riding over "Gad Damn", AKA Summersville Dam WV
