 It is a hard-tail with front shocks type. Tires, front is good, rear is okay, will need replacing in the future. Comes with what you see, water bottle holder, water bottle, little pack under the rear seat, flashing rear LED light (needs batteries) How tall? with the seat where is at, 38 inches to ground. I have an inseam of 32 inchs, fits me good. Seat has room to be lowered;
