New Year's Day Ride south and east of Tuscaloosa

Sorry for short notice. I'm meeting a friend in Oxford, AL at 9:00 AM, o1 Jan 2019, for our New Year Day Ride (NYDR).

We will probably ride South from Oxford and eventually meet a friend from MS in Centreville, AL...still don't have confirmation about meeting location, but eventually we will be looking for a lunch destination near Moundville, AL.  We will check to see if Pam's Diner is open.  Some destination targets are AL-25 and AL-49 (near Payne Lake) to CR-50, then CR-44 to AL-69.

Please post up if you want to meet somewhere or you can recommend a good lunch stop that will be open on New Year's Day.  I will be on VFR1200X, and buddy will be riding his silver VSTROM.  The route and destinations are fluid...our NYDR is more about just getting out and riding somewhere on New Year's Day, so we will be better prepared to ride during the rest of the year.
