Dam, seen one? Post up a pic with your bike

Be sure to share the name and location of this dam. Maybe some other interesting fact(s) about it.


Center Hill Dam forms, you guessed it, Center Hill Lake.  :D  This one is in the Caney Fork River and about two miles south of Buffalo Valley, TN. It's a Army Corps of Engineers dam.

Cordell Hull Dam is about a mile north of Carthage, TN. It in the Cumberland River and forms the Cordell Hull Reservoir.

There is a small dam right across from Two Wheels of Suches.  Behind the dam is Woody Lake.

Fontana Dam, NC.  There is also a visitor center by the top of the dam and a road across it.  This is the view from the bottom.

Dam on the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route,  don't know that I ever knew the name of it, that's my rental KTM in the pic.

Queens Creek Lake Dam in North Carolina.  This is off of Winding Stair Road near the Nantahalla Gorge.
