You guys are a bunch of hooligans!  Remind me never to ride with you ::)

Glenn told most of the story. Lets just say someone was looking out for me by placing slow traffic in my way JUST before meeting LEO. if not for that, they might still be trying to get me to stop.

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however,  extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity.

If it don't scare you, you ain't doing it right.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

I always behave myself on the Trace, but that day, we were in rare form. :D

I think I understand the nature of the semi-told story now.

Those Trace LEOs are hard to pattern.  I've met them on my Tiger going 60+ and not even got a light flash.
On the other hand, I was going about 20 one day on the DR, looking at some turkeys, and a car passed me on dotted line....and they nailed him for it....or maybe it was something he did a ways back...who knows????

all I know is if they had gotten stop we would be raising $$ to get them out of jail and their bikes back..... lol
