Stock KLR Exhaust
« on: November 08, 2017, 10:50:35 AM »
My dad has a 2015 KLR with the DG exhaust on it. It is too loud for him so he is looking to trade or purchase an OEM or quiet aftermarket exhaust.

He will be here this weekend so let me know what you have available.

Thank you.

Do you know if he has a quiet insert in the exhaust?  My neighbor had a DG V2 on his DR650 and had to get the insert, it definitely made a difference in noise while still benefiting from the open exhaust.

I have not found a stock exhaust yet, and I haven't had a chance to check which insert he currently is running

From what I have seen it should bolt right up no problem. Let me know what you want for it and that could be part of my Christmas gift to my dad!

Thank you!

I’ve got a gen 2 (2015) stock, with about 1000 miles on it. I’d sell it. May even trade for the DG if you still need one.

Send me a PM with what you were looking to sell the stocker for. I will run it by my dad.
