 Found this to be a very interesting video. Probably be cause I am a little older than I use to be...and because I have been fighting my own health issues.

Anyway, it is a good video...even if you have no interest in dirt riding;

BTW, it is only 20-30 minutes long...not 2 or 3 hours long.  ;)
