In case anyone has missed it, Harley is recalling 175,000 bikes in the U.S. due to possible brake failure. Articles I have read indicate they are 2008 thru 2011 touring, CVO touring and VRSC models.  I have not received a notice from Harley yet but have seen several news articles about it.  Apparently the problem is due to the failure to change the brake fluid which can cause the brakes to fail.

Interesting, a recall to take care of an issue that results from people who don't follow a maintenance schedule.
There's no such thing as a "REAL RIDER!". If you have a motorcycle, you've done all you need to do.

Thanks for the heads up, TC!

Good reminder to flush your brakes occasionally.   I've been lax in doing it myself, so started on it this weekend.  One down ;)
